What happened

The board

The weekend's biggest totals, across all four days. Total is the headline number; DOTS adjusts for bodyweight, so it ranks strength across weight classes — which is where the board gets interesting.

APF/AAPF contests both raw and equipped lifting, which is part of why the totals at the top run so high.

APF/AAPF runs raw and equipped lifters together, so these boards mix categories — gear lifts an equipped total well above a raw one, and DOTS adjusts for bodyweight and sex but not equipment. Compare within an equipment category, not across.

Strongest pound-for-pound

Rosha Whitaker · 558.99 DOTS — A standout pound-for-pound day — a 558.99 DOTS, done raw (no supportive suit), where many of the bigger totals came from equipped lifting. Also the top women's total of the meet at 82.5 kg.
